With a significantly large property located in Ivanhoe, the clients goals for this build were to maximise the lands potential. The build was for five units on the site, with three levels to accommodate parking and living spaces. Scheduling and timing of the build where essential to this project being successful, with multiple processes being carried out concurrently. The resulting build has exceeded the clients expectations with regard to quality, budget and delivery of the project on schedule.
